Summary

An Act To Amend Section 25-3-36, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Justice Court Judge Who Performs Duties As Justice Court Judge In A County That Is Not The County For Which The Judge Was Elected To Serve, Shall Be Compensated By The Board Of Supervisors Of The Other County For The Number Of Days Served In That County In An Amount Equal To A Portion Of The Salary Of The Justice Court Judge For That County Prorated For The Number Of Days Served By Such Justice Court Judge; And For Related Purposes.
