An Act To Amend Section 99-19-73, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide A State Criminal Assessment For The Court Collections Fund; To Impose And Collect A State Assessment Of $25.00 From Each Person Convicted Of Violation Of Certain State Litter Laws And To Deposit Such Assessments Into The Statewide Litter Prevention Fund; To Create The Court Collections Fund To Provide Support For Salaries Of Court Personnel; And For Related Purposes.
