An Act To Amend Sections 73-9-13 And 73-43-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Dentist And Physician Practices To Offer To A Patient The Patient's Records Upon The Expiration Of The Prescribed Period Of Retention; To Require Practices To Seek To Procure A Patient's Signature Whenever The Patient Elects Not To Take Possession Of The Records; And For Related Purposes.
