Summary
An Act To Authorize A Landlord To Terminate The Tenancy Of Any Tenant Who Is Arrested For Illegal Possession Of Firearms Or Illegal Possession Or Sales Of Controlled Substances And Such Items Are Found In The Dwelling Unit Owned By The Landlord; To Bring Forward Section 89-8-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Governs Grounds For Termination Of Noncompliance By Tenant; And For Related Purposes.
