An Act To Amend Sections 41-21-67, 41-21-69, 41-21-71, 41-21-77, 41-21-79, 41-21-103 And 41-30-27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Expand The Types Of Professionals Who Are Authorized To Conduct Screenings, Examinations And Evaluations In Commitment Proceedings To Include Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage And Family Therapists And Licensed Professional Counselors; To Bring Forward Section 41-31-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
