An Act To Require Owners Of Retail Businesses That Accept The Use Of Credit Or Debit Cards For Payment For The Consumer Goods Or Services Sold By The Business To Have Cameras Located At The Card Processing Equipment To Record The Persons Who Use The Credit Or Debit Cards With That Equipment; And For Related Purposes.
