An Act To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds To Assist The City Of Jackson, Mississippi, In Paying Costs Associated With The Acquisition, Removal And Demolition Of Dilapidated And Blighted Properties Located In Close Proximity To Certain State Grounds And Lands And Such Properties Located Within Or In Close Proximity To The Farish Street Historic District; And For Related Purposes.
