Summary
An Act To Require Prosecution Attorneys To Include A Special Allegation Of Sexual Motivation In Felony Criminal Cases When Sufficient Evidence Exists To Justify A Finding Of Sexual Motivation; To Require An Accused Defendant To Register Under The Mississippi Sex Offender Registration Law If Found Guilty Of Sexual Motivation; To Amend Section 45-33-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Include The Definition Of Sexual Motivation Within The Terms Associated With Mississippi Sex Offender Registration Law; And For Related Purposes.
