An Act To Amend Section 63-13-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Certificates Of Inspection And Approval Under The Mississippi Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection Law To Display The Month After Which The Certificate Will Expire So That The Month Is Visible From Both The Outside And The Inside Of The Vehicle; And For Related Purposes.
