Summary
An Act To Amend Section 19-5-313, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Board Of Supervisors Of A County To Utilize Information That Identifies The Zip Code And County Of Primary Use Of Each Service User When Distributing Excess Proceeds Generated By The Emergency Telephone Service Charge Within An Emergency Communications District; To Require Service Suppliers To Provide The Board Of Supervisors And The Board Of Commissioners With The Zip Code And County Of Primary Use Of The Service User; And For Related Purposes.
