Summary
An Act To Create The Commission On School District Efficiency; To Require The State Board Of Education To Appoint Members To The Commission; To Require The Commission To Conduct A Comprehensive Study For The Purpose Of Researching And Developing Recommendations For The Efficiency Standards To Be Presented To The Board For Consideration For Accreditation Standards; To Require The Commission To Submit Annual Reports To The State Board Of Education And Make Such Reports Available To The Legislature; And For Related Purposes.
