An Act To Amend Section 37-15-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Create A Felony For The Falsification Of Documents To Establish Residency For Purpose Of Enrolling An Out-of-state Compulsory-school-age Child In A Mississippi Public School Or To Transfer Students Between School Districts Unlawfully; To Provide That The Penalty Shall Be $10,000.00 For Each Child Unlawfully Enrolled Or Transferred; To Amend Sections 37-15-29 And 37-15-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
