An Act To Amend Section 27-65-111, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From Sales Taxation Sales Of Certain Tangible Personal Property To Nonprofit Organizations That Provide Trained Guide And Service Dogs, Free Of Charge, To People With Disabilities, If The Organization Is Exempt From Federal Income Taxation Under Section 501(c)(3) Of The Internal Revenue Code And Is A Licensed Charitable Organization In Mississippi; And For Related Purposes.
