Summary

An Act To Amend Section 73-11-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State Board Of Funeral Service To Reinstate A License For The Practice Of Funeral Directing Upon Payment Of All Renewal Fees In Arrears And A Reinstatement Fee If Application For Licensure Is Made Before December 31, 2011, By A Licensee Who Is Age Sixty-two Or Older Who Held A License For The Practice Of Funeral Directing In Good Standing For Not Less Than Ten Years Before The License Expired; And For Related Purposes.
