An Act To Amend Section 43-11-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise Certain Definitions To Include The Term "ex-offender Group Care Homes"; To Amend Section 43-11-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Previous Section; To Amend Section 43-11-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Such Homes Be Licensed By The Department Of Human Services; To Amend Section 43-11-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Such Homes To Pay A Certain Licensing Fee; To Amend Section 43-11-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Department Of Human Services To Adopt Certain Rules And Regulations Pertaining To The Homes And To Require Certain Information Be Reported To Certain Individuals Regarding The Residents Of Such Homes; To Amend Sections 43-11-15, 43-11-16, 43-11-19 And 43-11-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
