An Act To Amend Section 29-3-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Requirement For A Minimum Of Three Bidders For Boards Of Education To Conduct An Auction For The Lease Of Hunting And Fishing Rights On Sixteenth Section Lands Amongst Those Individuals Who Submitted Bids For Such Leasing Rights If The Board Rejects All Initial Bids; And For Related Purposes.
