Summary

An Act To Require All Gasoline Sold In The State Of Mississippi To Contain 10% Denatured Ethanol By 2014; To Require The Department Of Agriculture And Commerce To Establish And Adopt Standards To Ensure That All Gasoline Sold In This State Contains 10% Denatured Ethanol; To Prohibit The Sale Of Nonethanol-blended Gasoline By Fuel Retailers To Consumers; To Exempt Certain Fuels From The Ethanol-blend Requirement; To Amend Section 75-55-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Define Additional Terms In Conformity With The Provisions Of This Act; And To Extend Its Date Of Repeal; And For Related Purposes.
