An Act To Amend Section 43-11-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State Department Of Health To Remove The Residents From Any Institution For The Aged Or Infirm Whose Failure To Comply With The Rules, Regulations And Laws That Govern Its Operation Results In An Imminently Dangerous Environment For The Residents; To Amend Section 43-11-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
