Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-11-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That For Any Member Of The Public Employees' Retirement System Who Became A Member Of The System On Or After July 1, 2013, The Value Of Any Maintenance Furnished To The Member That Is Not Paid In Money Shall Not Be Included In The Earned Compensation Of The Member For Retirement Purposes; And For Related Purposes.
