Summary
An Act To Amend Section 61-13-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Department Of Finance And Administration To Sell The State's Citation Jet, Either By Competitive Sealed Bids, By Public Auction Or By Online Auction On Ebay, Whichever Method That The Department Determines Will Produce The Maximum Amount Of Revenue To The State From The Sale; To Provide That The Proceeds From The Sale Of The Jet Shall Be Deposited Into The Motor Vehicle Ad Valorem Tax Reduction Fund; And For Related Purposes.
