Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 45-2-1 And 27-103-203, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Transfer Of Funds From The Working Cash-stabilization Reserve Fund To The Law Enforcement Officers And Fire Fighters Death Benefits Trust Fund Upon The Requisition Of The Governor Whenever The Monies In The Trust Fund Are Insufficient To Pay The Death Benefits Required To Be Made During Any Fiscal Year Because Of The Death Of Three Or More Covered Individuals During The Fiscal Year; And For Related Purposes.
