Summary
An Act Relating To Economic Development Financial Incentives; To Provide That Any Person, Business, Enterprise, Industry Or Other Legal Entity, That Is Convicted Of Certain Violations Shall Be Ineligible To Receive Financial Incentives From The State, Or A Political Subdivision Thereof; To Provide That If Funds From Financial Incentives Have Been Received By A Person, Business, Enterprise, Industry Or Other Legal Entity So Convicted, Then The Funds Must Be Repaid; And For Related Purposes.
