A Concurrent Resolution Proposing An Amendment To Section 273, Mississippi Constitution Of 1890, Which Relates To The Power Of The People To Enact Constitutional Amendments By Initiative, To Conform The Maximum Percentage Of The Number Of Signatures Of Qualified Electors Allowed From Any Single Congressional District To The Percentage That The District Represents In Relation To The Total Number Of Congressional Districts; And For Related Purposes.
