An Act To Amend Section 37-13-91, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Compulsory-school-age Child That Has Accumulated 30 Or More Excused Or Unexcused Absences In A School Year Shall Not Be Allowed To Advance To The Next Grade Or Graduate; And For Related Purposes.
