Summary

An Act To Provide That The Owner Of A Motor Vehicle Who Is A Recipient Of Medicaid Benefits Shall Not Be Allowed To Receive Any Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tag For Which An Additional Fee Is Required; To Provide That The Department Of Medicaid, In Cooperation With The State Tax Commission, Shall Develop A Computer Program That Will Allow County Tax Collectors To Determine Whether An Applicant For A Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tag Is A Recipient Of Medicaid Benefits; And For Related Purposes.
