An Act To Amend Section 49-7-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Issuance A Resident Hunting Or Fishing License Or Combination Resident Hunting/fishing License To A Minor Under The Age Of 18 Who Is Not Domiciled In This State And Whose Parents Are Divorced If The Noncustodial Parent Is Domiciled In This State; And For Related Purposes.
