An Act To Amend Section 37-13-91, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Provisions Of The Mississippi Compulsory School Attendance Law Are Fully Applicable To Kindergarten-age Children; To Require Such Kindergarten-age Children To Attend Licensed Public, Parochial Or Nonpublic School Kindergarten Programs; And For Related Purposes.
