An Act To Amend Section 47-7-27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Requirement That Parole Revocation Hearings Be Held Within A Certain Period Of Time; To Provide That Any Time During Which An Offender Absconds Supervision Shall Not Reduce The Period Of Parole Supervision; And For Related Purposes.
