Summary

An Act To Require The Department Of Corrections To Notify The Department Of Public Safety On A Weekly Basis Of All Probation And Parole Statuses; To Require The Department Of Public Safety To Include The Parole And Probation Data Of A Licensee Or Applicant For A State-issued Photo Identification Card, If There Is Any Such Data, Within The Information Contained In The Magnetic Strip Of Any License Or Identification Card Issued In The State; To Amend Sections 45-35-5, 45-35-53 And 45-35-71, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; And For Related Purposes.
