An Act To Amend Section 47-5-1211, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Place The Responsibility For Conducting Correctional System Cost-per-day Reviews In The Mississippi Department Of Corrections; To Authorize The Department To Consult With The Peer Committee Regarding Possible Changes To Methods And Procedures Utilized In Conducting The Cost-per-day Reviews; And For Related Purposes.
