An Act To Amend Section 45-11-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit The Issuance Of Any Building Permit Involving The Construction, Reconstruction, Installation, Repair Or Maintenance Of A Fire Protection Sprinkler System Without Verification That The Applicant Maintains In Good Standing The Necessary Certificate Of Responsibility To Perform The Fire Sprinkler Work; And For Related Purposes.
