An Act To Amend Section 43-13-121, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Division Of Medicaid Shall Not Make Payments To Out-of-state Providers If Their State Does Not Allow Mississippi Providers To Fully Participate In Their State's Medicaid Program; And For Related Purposes.
