An Act To Amend Section 57-89-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Provision That Prohibits The Department Of Revenue From Approving Applications Under The Mississippi Motion Picture Incentive Act For Rebates To Motion Picture Production Companies Of A Percentage Of Payroll And Fringes Paid To Employees Of Such Companies Who Are Not Residents Of This State And Whose Wages Are Subject To The Mississippi Income Tax Withholding; And For Related Purposes.
