Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-33-67, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That An Owner Of Jointly Owned Property Who Fulfills The Age Requirement For Over 65 Homestead Exemption And Is Utilizing The Property As A Homestead Shall Be Eligible For The Over 65 Exemption In Full If No Other Joint Owner Is Residing At The Property; And For Related Purposes.
