Summary

An Act To Amend Section 25-11-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Change The Composition Of The Board Of Trustees Of The Public Employees' Retirement System From 10 Members To 11 Members; To Add To The Board One Member Of The System Having At Least 10 Years Of Creditable Service Who Is A Full-time Certified Local Law Enforcement Officer Or Full-time Certified Local Firefighter, Who Shall Be Elected By The Members Of The System Who Are Local Law Enforcement Officers And Local Firefighters; And For Related Purposes.
