An Act Entitled The "mississippi Welfare Fraud Prevention Act"; To Establish An Enhanced Eligibility Verification System To Be Used By The Department Of Human Services, The Division Of Medicaid, The Office Of Employment Security Or Any Other State Or Political Subdivision That Administers Public Benefits; To Provide Standards For The Enhanced Eligibility Verification Process; To Provide For Case Review Of Discrepancies; To Provide For Referrals For Fraud Or Misrepresentation To The Proper Agency Responsible For Prosecution; To Provide For Reporting; And For Related Purposes.
