Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-19-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Certified School Employees Who Begin The Process For Acquiring A Master Teacher Certificate After June 30, 2010, Shall Not Be Eligible To Receive The Salary Supplement Authorized By Law; To Provide That Certified School District Employees Who Currently Hold Or Renew The Certificate Are Eligible To Continue Receiving The Supplement; And For Related Purposes.
