An Act To Amend Section 31-7-14, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Division Of Energy Of The Mississippi Development Authority Shall Approve Energy Services Providers Through A Prequalification Process; To Provide For The Procedures Of Establishing A Prequalification List; To Require Entities That Enter Into An Energy Performance Contract Or Shared-savings Contract Shall Biannually Report To The Division Its Energy Usage By Meter In Dollars And Consumption By Fuel Type For The Previous Six-month Period; To Require The Division To Remove Qualified Status Of An Energy Services Provider That Fails To Meet The Reporting Requirements After Two Such Violations; And For Related Purposes.
