Summary
An Act To Amend Section 67-1-57, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Certain Felony Convictions Do Not Automatically Disqualify A Person From Being Approved As A Manager Under The Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law If The Person Was Released From Incarceration At Least Three Years Prior To Application For Approval As A Manager; And For Related Purposes.
