Summary

An Act To Create The Movie Industry Studio Construction Loan Fund For The Purpose Of Providing Loans For The Construction, Furnishing And Equipping Of Movie Industry Studios; To Provide That Application For Such Loans Shall Be Made To The Mississippi Development Authority; To Provide The Interest Rate On Such Loans; To Give The Mississippi Development Authority Certain Powers And Duties Regarding Any Such Loan; To Authorize The Issuance Of General Obligation Bonds In The Amount Of $2,000,000.00 To Provide Funds To Make The Loans Authorized By This Act; And For Related Purposes.
