An Act To Amend Section 27-43-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Chancery Clerk To Make Available To Bidders At Tax Sales A List Of All Lienors On Each Parcel Of Land Offered For Sale To Whom Notices Of A Tax Sale Were Required To Be Sent; And For Related Purposes.
