Summary
An Act To Create The Mississippi Small Project Development Financing Revolving Fund To Provide Loans Or Grants To Local Governments And Certain Business Enterprises To Construct Or Otherwise Provide Certain Facilities; To Provide That The Fund Shall Be Administered By The Mississippi Development Authority; To Provide That Local Governments And Business Enterprises Desiring A Loan Or A Grant Must Submit An Application To The Mississippi Development Authority; To Provide For The Minimum Content Of Such Applications; To Authorize The Issuance Of General Obligation Bonds In The Amount Of $5,000,000.00 To Provide Funds For The Mississippi Small Project Development Financing Revolving Fund; And For Related Purposes.
