An Act To Create The Mississippi Silver Alert System Act Of 2010; To Provide Certain Definitions; To Provide The Criteria To Request An Activation For A Silver Alert; To Provide The Criteria For Activation Of A Silver Alert; To Provide Certain Duties Of Local Law Enforcement Agencies And The Department Of Public Safety Relating To The Implementation Of The Act; To Provide The Procedure That Law Enforcement Agencies And The Department Of Public Safety Must Follow When A Missing Person Case Does Not Meet The Silver Alert Criteria; And For Related Purposes.
