Summary
An Act To Amend Section 23-15-213, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Commissioners Of Election Shall Serve For Staggered Four-year Terms; To Provide That The Commissioners Of Election From Board Of Supervisors Districts One, Three And Five Shall Be Elected At The General Election In 2020; To Provide That The Commissioners Of Election From Board Of Supervisors Districts Two And Four Shall Be Elected At The General Election In 2022; And For Related Purposes.
