An Act To Amend Section 63-9-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify The Filing Of Traffic Tickets With The Clerk Of Court Under The Uniform Traffic Ticket Law When The Defendant Is Incarcerated And To Revise The Duties Of The State Auditor With Regard To The Uniform Traffic Ticket Law, Giving Additional Responsibility To The Commissioner Of Public Safety And Revising The Reporting Duties Of The Court Clerks; And For Related Purposes.
