Summary

An Act To Amend Section 67-1-16, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That From And After July 1, 2011, A Resort Area May Not Be Established In A County That Has Not Voted In Favor Of Coming Out From Under The Dry Law Unless An Election Is Held In The County On The Question Of Whether Qualified Resort Areas Shall Be Allowed In The County; And For Related Purposes.
