Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-113-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Provision Requiring The Recommendation Of The Director Of The Mississippi Agricultural And Forestry Experimental Station Before Real Property May Be Acquired Or Sold For The Use Of Mississippi State University; To Create New Sections To Authorize The Board Of Trustees Of State Institutions Of Higher Learning To Acquire And Sell Any Real Property Required By And For The Use Of The University Of Southern Mississippi, Mississippi University For Women, Alcorn State University, Delta State University, Jackson State University And Mississippi Valley State University; And For Related Purposes.
