An Act To Amend Section 31-7-13.2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That, When Using The Construction Manager At Risk Method Of Project Delivery, The Agency Or Governing Authority Shall Contract With The Construction Manager At Risk Directly For All Construction; To Amend Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt Contracts Entered Into Under The Construction Manager At Risk Method Of Project Delivery From Public Bidding Requirements; And For Related Purposes.
