Summary
An Act To Amend Section 41-7-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That 40 Of The Beds In A Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility Authorized Under A Certificate Of Need Issued To A Hospital In Desoto County May Participate In Medicaid; To Provide That Up To 52 Acute Child/adolescent Psychiatric Beds In A Hospital In Desoto County May Be Certified To Participate In Medicaid; And For Related Purposes.
