Summary

An Act To Amend Section 57-73-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Repeal Date On The Provision That Authorizes A Company That Transfers Or Relocates Its National Or Regional Headquarters To The State Of Mississippi From Outside The State Of Mississippi To Receive A Tax Credit In An Amount Equal To The Actual Relocation Costs Paid By The Company If The Company Meets Certain Requirements; And For Related Purposes.
